The Hall implements measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, and unauthorized access to the personal information it has obtained.

The Hall will, on verifying the identity of the individual making the request, respond promptly to requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, or ceasing use of the personal information it has obtained.
